Netflix is introducing new filtering options in its My List feature, aimed at making it easier for users to navigate their saved shows and movies. The update, starting with Android, allows users to filter their list by category, such as movies or TV shows, as well as organize them based on their viewing progress ("Haven't Started," "Started"). Additionally, sorting options like the date of addition, release dates, and alphabetically will be available. This feature will initially roll out on Android on Monday, with iOS users receiving it in the coming weeks.
Netflix has shared screenshots of the updated My List screen, giving users a glimpse of the changes. Additionally, the TV version of the Netflix app will feature a "Coming Soon" row on the homescreen, providing information about upcoming shows and movies. Users will also have the option to set reminders for specific content, ensuring they don't miss out on anticipated releases like the sixth season of Black Mirror or the third season of The Witcher. Stay tuned for exciting new additions!
