The house is a real step up for Michael Jordan, as the previous house he shared with his parents was in the not-so-star-studded area of Sherman Oaks.
His breakthrough role came in 2015 when he played Adonis Creed, the son of boxer Apollo Creed, in Creed, the Rocky sequel that also featured Rocky himself, Sylvester Stallone. The critics loved him.
Then in 2018 he starred as the bad guy Erik Killmonger in MCU's Black Panther. Critics agreed: he stole the show every time he was on the screen.
Up until recently, the 30-something has lived with his parents in a house that he bought for them. But now he's launched, paying $5.8 million for Daisy Fuentes' Hollywood Hills hideaway. And he's loving the bachelor life in his new pad big time.
Let's have a look inside Michael B. Jordan's new digs. They are quite impressive!
Celebrity Neighbors And Total Privacy
Jordan now calls the likes of Robert Pattinson and Lady Gaga his neighbors. The "estate" has around an acre of land that, literally, is walled and gated, guaranteeing that all-important privacy. Between the wall and the abundance of evergreen trees, you can barely see the place from the street. Fuentes bought the place in 2005 for $4.5 million. So, the off-market sale of the place really boosted her millionaire status.
The modern-style house, built in 1997, has around 4,500 square feet of living space. It's got three bedrooms, each with its own bath. The super-long swimming pool sits beneath a private upstairs balcony. Jordan can keep his buff-bod in shape swimming laps or simply chill out in one of the lounge chairs. And it's big enough for mega pool parties! Plus it sports a three-car garage, the perfect home for his $156,000 Acura NSX!

Since he bought that $1.7 million house in 2015, his career has taken off in a big way. He originally bought the Sherman Oaks house for his parents but lived there too. In 2017 he told Ellen DeGeneres that he wanted to get his own place as soon as he could. He said: "I love my parents, but we have a roommate relationship right now. . . You know you get home-cooked meals [but there were also] random run-ins that might be uncomfortable from time to time." In his new digs, he has total privacy.
Light, Bright, And Modern
The whole Hollywood Hills house is awash with light, with ceiling to floor windows and doors. Michael favors sleek modern furniture and neutral tones. The open plan downstairs features a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, all of which have access to the balcony that runs the length of the house and overlooks the swimming pool.
The kitchen, like the rest of the house, is decked out in tones of white. Michael admits that he doesn't spend a lot of time there! So maybe mom or a girlfriend comes over to cook now and then.
Not that Jordan has a lot of spare time to spend at his new place. He's just finished filming Tom Clancy's Without Remorse and has five other projects on the go, including Creed III.
